Sometimes musical numbers...

...go terribly terribly wrong. GLEE...you broke my heart last night! That was a terrible episode. A terrible come back. I'm distraught.

I'm sorry that I recommended that show...please forgive me. Though I'm willing to give it another chance.

But if next week's episode is like last night's train wreck, count me out. It's a shame. I love singing and dancing too much for this.

Love,
Jenna

I totally agree. I watched last nights episode and was completely confused. So I went to hulu and watched the first episode today to see if it was any better. The first episode is AMAZING!!! The writing and the singing and dancing was incredible. Funny and talented. But the second episode sold out. They felt like they had to be dirty and controversial to win over an audience. I too will give it one more chance hoping for the best.

I agree too! I really liked the first episode and was looking forward to watching last night's episode. I told Nathan it was good and had him watch it with me only to be embarrassed at the lameness.

I'll give it one more week.

I agree that something was totally wrong with the second episode. None of the music sounded like it was being sung by a show choir. It didn't feel authentic at all.

I didn't mind the terrible second episode as much. It definitely wasn't as much fun and there were some terrible scenes/references, but when that scary lady demanded that the Glee kids be put in foster care...
